1 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced thin
1/3 pound snow peas, trimmed and washed
3 tbls. water
In a skillet melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and red bell pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in snowpeas and toss to mix.
Add water and cover.
Cook for 3 minutes or until the snowpeas are just tender.
Makes about 2-3 servings.
