I have been doing horrible on keeping track this week. We have vacation bible school, and I have no idea what the calories are in those foods. But otherwise I’ve been good. Also not weighing in, this is the fun week where the scale represents all that extra water weight. Hopefully I can get back to normal soon.

The works ‘Bree’ and ‘Horrible’ don’t belong in the same sentence.  It’s not good, it’s not bad, it’s just what is.  So get back to normal and keep taking one step at a time.

By the way Congrats on the ACE Certification.  I don’t think I mentioned this before.  I remember how I felt when I got my kayak instructor’s certification - it was awesome!  So you are now an official role model.  rasberry

I know what you mean about the diet solution - nothing new, but a reinforcement of what we should be doing.

I wish you lived closer.  I’m moving away from my trainer next week and I hate the thought of having to find someone else, or going solo for the next 3 months (I move back east at the end of the summer).  You would probably kick my butt, but I would love every minute.

Day 30

Weight 180
Calories Allowed 1800
Calories Consumed 2516

Well went out with a bang...so what did I learn from this...I’m having a really hard time with the food side still.  I do ok with breakfast and Lunch...Supers a challenge, may have to get more recipes from Joi...Also weekends are a big hang up.

For the last 30 days I averaged 1966 calories a day...definatly would like to get that down to the 1700 cal range, but I’m going to stick to getting it to 1800 average for now

Why is it the 100 days of excercise was so much easier?

Bree--I love your advice to weigh in the morning and multiply by 100 for calories that day.  I’m going to start it today.

I’m with you--it’s not the exercise, it’s the eating.

Keep moving!
