Quick post as I am ready to head out the door for coffee and an egg white omelet.

38’ kick butt internval treadmill workout
22’ yoga for relaxation

Saturday 5.30.09

Go figure, on Saturday I get up at 4:15 a.m. without an alarm! Good 45’ LSB walking outside as needed a break from the treadmill. Dog’s fed and getting my daughter up to go to breakfast and major errands run early this morning.

Upper body workout is planned later as I am showing her all the excercises using resistance bands. Should be interesting.

Sunday 5.31.09

Turned out to be a HTMD (hand to mouth disease) munching day on chocolate covered raisins! Ack~! Way too many of them, but finally put them out of sight. And, I really don’t like raisins by themselves.

Good outside and treadmill wallk in. Lower body workout and stretch yoga in also. Planned my week for excercise and food.

Monday 6.1.09

A good start today, up at 4:10 for a good outside walk (warmup) and then 35’ on the treadmill. Did get in chest/back routine of 3 exercises at 3 sets each.
Yoga planned for tonight, some nice stretching too.

Opps, didn’t post yesterday. Then again Tuesday, 6/2/09 was a rest day. Slept in yesterday morning and finally colored my hair in the p.m. Opted for a day off exercise as time was short.

Wednesday, 6/3/2009

Up early this a.m. and out the door for a good brisk walk at dark thirty a.m. Did get in a solid bi/tri workout also. So covered for today. Although some yoga is always on the list of things to do in the evening. Stress relief!

Need to catch up here, as uausal!

Friday, 6/5/09

40’ outside walk and inside on the treadmill. Starting raining, so came inside. Did get in my shoulder’s workout also. In the p.m., I did yoga for relaxation. Emotionally, all I could handle. Pooh!

Saturday, 6/6/09
This has been the day from heck. Up at 3:30 a.m., took the doggies out and just didn’t get back to sleep by 4:10 and got up. Outside 2 mile walk, 32’ kick butt workout on the treadmill and then breakfast. Decided again around 11 a.m. to try out a new TM workout that I downloaded and made 20 minutes on that one. My daughter dragged me, kicking and screaming (well grumbling) to try Denise Austin’s Ballet dance video. The worst 10 #$%^&*( minutes of my life). Her abs were not much better either! Kicked my butt, big time.

Ouch. It’s no fun being awake that early in the morning when you don’t want to be awake. You certainly made good use of the time.

Gosh, haven’t been here all week. Geez....get with the program!

Sunday was a good day. LSBB in, yep it was boring. I followed that with some yoga for relaxation in though.

Monday, 6/8/09

45’ outside brisk walk in wee hours of the morning. Upper body workout in. Decided to change things up this week. Some stretching, no enough though.

Tuesday and Wednesday were rest days. Did something to my arm, LOL, too much weight and the dreaded “mouse” at work have made it sore. Resting it for a couple of days. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it! Food has been decent, not great, but decent.

It’s Thursday and I slept in. But have planned cardio and upperbody this p.m. Will get that done. My routine is getting too disruptive again.

Well, haven’t been here in months. Since Sept. to be exact. I decided to join a 6 week boot camp challenge and about did myself in. I don’t do jumping jacks, pushups or jog. LOL, I did it, with many modifications, but had to give up yoga studio classes for 4 of the weeks. Major calf problems rearing their ugly heads (old injury), but I did get thru it. Started yoga back up a couple of weeks ago and poof....been on complete recovery for alittle over a week now. LOL, zig zagging any direction I can go. LOL!

Hanging in there day by day.
