Wow. Your pace is impressive for that distance. I’d like to be able to go that pace for a 5K. Of course, you put lots of hours into your practicing.

So what’s next for you in the way of exercise? Weight training??

Day 126:

Cardio - 40 minutes of running on the National Mall

Thankfully, I am not about to say: “What a difference a month off makes!” I felt good running today after a few weeks of travel, a little bit of flu, and a week of digging out of piles at work (still not out yet!)

Hopefully I will be able to join up with the Reston Runners this Sunday to get back into the weekly groove of AM Sunday ten-milers.
