Any tips to remain consistent in my workouts?

I’m 40 year old. My job as a CEO includes a lot of travel and late evenings. While i try to stay fit, how do i ensure i get my workouts 6 days a week? I love running in the mornings. I know scheduling the workout is important. I schedule it but don’t seem to do it consistently..any tips?
