I’ve never really gotten lunges, nearly every workout I see has them, but I don’t “feel the burn” or anything when I do them. I’ve been doing them for about a month and before I would get a bit sore the day after, which I assumed was a good thing. Now I don’t get sore that way, If I get sore, its during the workous and only on my left leg, I assume this is not a good thing. Am I doing them wrong, or there is some other excersise that is similar but not so finicky?
