Day 10 and going strong.  wt 127.0.  I made a real effort lately to drink lots of water and eat whole foods - the breads and shed afew pounds quickly.  The first day with out the sugar and breads was a hard but when the scale moves it is easy to keep on trrack.  I am going to an xmas bake exchange tomorrow and dinner so I will do my best to each the right things.  I am daily getting in my long slow burns.  Love the running.

If you have not heard of it yet think about checking out http://www.fitday.com .  It’s a free website for tracking food, workout, weight and more.  I started using it a few days ago and find it a huge help.

Hey rollergirl! Looks like you’re off to a strong start. How’d the xmas bake exchange and dinner go? I did you make it through in a scale-friendly way? smile

Also, can you check your Private Messages at the top of this forum? I’ve been trying to get in contact with you but I think we may have the wrong email.

Keep up great work!!
