I’ve been listening to MTM podcasts for about 80 days so far. Yes, I’m also moving during Scott’s boosts. Two very beneficial results so far have been improved cholesterol numbers (147) and the ability to wear one size smaller dress shirts. It’s funny how much better you feel when you look in the mirror and see improvement. It changes your mood, your energy, and your motivation! Thanks to Scott’s podcasts, I’m on my way to my dreams.

Fondly,
Doug

Thanks for the kind words everyone. So far I’ve been judging my success according to clothes sizes and not numbers on the scale.....hope that’s ok. I’m complimenting the exercise with a low/good carb diet with plenty of protein & vegetables. As a school teacher, the looser dress shirt at the neck is especially desirable, seeing as I wear neckties everyday. I’ll keep “showing up” with my eye on the prize of good health.

Thanks again,
Doug

I do like watching success in smaller clothing sizes, as well as the scale. Use what motivates you, and keep it up!!!
