G’Day Y’All!!!

I’m on a couple of other lists and the discussion of exercises for handicapped people came up. A lot of the girls were whinging that they can’t exercise because some are in wheelchairs (arms move fine), or bedridden, or bad backs, etc.

I was wondering if anyone knew of some web sites (preferrably with illustrations) that I can refer to these guys so that they can exercise as well?

TIA

P.S. Scott—that would make an excellent podcast subject—moving for the physically challenged wink

Hey Tia!

This topic is important to me as I work in a field where accessibility to anyone, anywhere at anytime is of great importance.

I found a plethora of links that may help you:

but the main page is:

Let me know if I can be of any more help!
