Hi I came across this website after downloading the podcasts from ITunes.
I’ve just turned 40 and need to lose at least 14lbs. I was doing really well and had started running as I’m doing a 5km run next week but then I went on holiday!!! I managed to get to the gym every other day whilst I was there but I picked up an ankle injury so I’ve had to put the running on hold. I’ve now put back all the weight that I lost and think I’m going to have to walk instead of run next week!! I’ll still raise money for charity but I wanted to do my first run without stopping this time!
I’d appreciate any tips on any kind of exercise I can do without putting any strain on my ankle - I’m keen to keep up the cardio as I need to burn fat! I’ve started back on my healthy eating plan today but it’s not enough!!!
