Thanks for the kudos, days 101-200 have been more about maintaining than losing, but I’m OK with that (better than OK, in fact, as I’ve been happy with the state of my belt loops even through the scale is showing me less love...).
Day 204:
W/T - Abs
Cardio - 30 minutes on the treadmill. The weather has been quite good the last two days, but my building pass is near the end of it’s useful life and I don’t want to wait in my sweaty workout clothes as the guards call upstairs to verify my right to enter the building… When I get a new building pass I’ll be out on the National Mall running again…
