I had a great week and hit the gym every day, in addition to getting in an extra power walk either on my free period or after school.  I just got back from a Group Power class (choreographed group barbell lifting class) then hit the elliptical and treadmill for awhile before heading home.  The plan was to get out and do some yardwork later (and still may) but it’s sprinkling now so I’m opting to get some homework done for one of the classes that I’m taking.  I’ve still got my podcast to do either today or tomorrow as well…

Keep on keeping on! 

PS… Lost 4 pounds....yippee!!
