and yes...looking back at your other video you look GREAT!

Sounds like you found the way for you… your exercise program sounds great…

Love the video, thank you for doing that.....it’s catches your personallity (can you talk without your hands?) smile Just love it!

the secret I have found is in the nutrition you take in.... yes, exercise is VERY important....but without the proper nutrition, in the correct calorie amount, one that you can live with forever, is how you really find the life long goal of fitness!

Your doing great!  can’t wait to see ya in July!! (after the next 30 lbs!)
