Hey!

In my new “Coffee Chat” series of my “Be a Bond Girl” podcasts (BeABondGirl.com) I decided it might be fun to bring my listeners a number of experts in their fields that have had an impact on my life.

The first interview I’m posting is with Scott Smith, of Motivation To Move. Sure, it’s a bit long — but I know you will find valuable information in there. I particularly liked the part of the interview where Scott discusses what men are “really looking for” from their women.

No, I’m not going to tell you what it is… you have a listen!

Great interview....she asked a lot of good questions.... and Scott answered them perfectly!
Way to go Scott!

It’s important to know that at the end of the day it’s not the medals you remember.  What you remember is the process-- what you learn about yourself by challenging yourself, the experiences you share with other people, the honesty the training demands—those are things nobody can take away from you whether you finish last or you’re an Olympic Champion.

To tri is to risk failure, not to tri is to guarantee it!

Hey Ya’ll!

Sorry, I should have given the link!  You can get it on the podcasts on BeABondGirl.com or, as noted, by putting Bond Girl in the podcast link on iTunes, and then clicking on the link from there.

Scott and I had a blast (as you can tell)—let me know what you think if you download it! grin I get lonely over there sometimes grin Comments always welcome.

Hi Sandy,

Welcome to the the forum (or just to posting on the forum!).  It was a wonderful interview and I enjoyed it so much that last night I downloaded all of your podcasts.  Besides your interview with Scott, I have listened to #1, #2 & #007.

#2 (De-cluttering) was a click moment for me-a real OMG moment.  I am still trying to wrap my mind(self?) around it and will no doubt listen to it a number of times.

Thank you so much.

Thanks so much! As I mentioned to Scott in our “pre-chat” before the interview, I’ve been a Premium member for quite some time now, just am not much of a forum-er, unfortunately—too “on the go”!  I l-o-v-e the podcasts, and you guys are always so friendly and wonderful when I “show up” here. grin

Thanks for your kind words on the de-cluttering episode! That’s the whole first chapter of the book—like 60 pages of it! Also the ‘First Interview’ that I will be posting this week is with a gal who is an Organizer, and she had some really interesting things to say about how your “brain works” with respect to Organizing that I liked.

(She was a LOT less excited… um… hyper? Would I say that? No.... grin grin grin grin than Scott and I are—so she’s taking her time to approve the interview she and I did!)

Have a WONDERFUL end to your weekend!!!!
