So all this moaning and groaning about my aches and pains gets old, but I think that the pain in my achilles tendon forced me to walk in some strange way, throwing off my alignment so that now a muscle/tendon on the side of my knee is really tight/kinda painful. So I took the day off from the gym today, and am spending the next few days in Morocco!
So what I’m hoping is that, with no real gym time but presumably a lot of walking, my leg will loosen up so I’ll be fresh for the gym next week! Plus, this is going to be an ultimate challenge to see if I can keep my diet somewhat in control while I’m on this mini-vacation, which is pretty much always an issue for me.
SO I’m going to enjoy my vacation and eat to feel good, not to indulge. Let’s check back Sunday and see if that happened! I think I can do it…
