Maybe a video exercise of the week? Show us how to get those amazing arms at home!

Bree

Amazing arms?  Me?

A video showing you how huh?  Hmmmm.... I’m not sure about that.  Joi LOVES my arms and if the rest of the world knew how to get them I would have more competition!  smile

Actually - that’s a good idea.  I’ll add it to the list of things to come.

I don’t care what the changes are as long it means more motivation for us.

I’ve always wanted a live video chat......so we don’t have to wait until someone responds to our posts, if they are online,
but you probably already thought of that!

It’s important to know that at the end of the day it’s not the medals you remember.  What you remember is the process-- what you learn about yourself by challenging yourself, the experiences you share with other people, the honesty the training demands—those are things nobody can take away from you whether you finish last or you’re an Olympic Champion.

To tri is to risk failure, not to tri is to guarantee it!

I love how generous you are to us Basic members, Scott!

We already get the minutes and weekly show for free! Though I haven’t listened recently because my audio card is dead or something(I just need the time to fix that!)

Anyway, I don’t know what you’re planning, but it sounds exciting for everyone! Even more reason to upgrade to Premium!(I NEED a credit card!)

The video of specific technique sounds good maybe for down the road. Someone here mentioned the FitGirl podcasts, and I downloaded a few episodes on working abs, legs, back. The problem for me was that I had trouble visualizing what she was saying. I felt as though I needed either a visual demonstration or at least the written words when it comes to the nuts and bolts of technique.

On the other hand, what Scott does best (IMHO)—motivate and share ideas—is perfect for the audio format and comes across perfectly.

I’m something of an audiophile anyway (love BBC radio through the web while I work, favorite podcasts, and a brief background in radio) so it’s no surprise to me that I enjoy the podcasts the way they are.

Yay!  Just get the Fitness Boosts downloaded.  Will listen to the first one tonight while doing my LSB.  Got Scott’s e-mail.  I love the changes.

Thank you Scott!
