Hey well today is the 2nd day off from the gym and i have to be honest i’m feeling pretty guilty about it...i feel like i have so much to do that i have no time to take off from the gym...just had me some lunch..yes i’m at work and i decided to come in here...lol anyway all i had was a grilled chicken salad with light italian dressing...funny how i’m pretty full from just a salad....going out with my cousin today so today i know i will hit a few challenges…
i’m ready for it and i have my mind set on overcoming and many of you people motivate me to do it...you guys dont even know me and you believe in me and that’s what i love about it...everyone is so encouraging...I LOVE MTM…
The people that work at the gym already know me...they see me in there all the time and im always greeted with a smile and maybe a comment on my dedication here and there...today would be day 14 me...i’m so proud of myselfl tho...although i do have a long way to go...still down the 2 lbs...havent gained and havent lost anything…
Do you think i should do more cardio instead of doing an equal amount of both?
