I’m in my 3rd week of the SMSM program and I have to say that this thing is working for me big time. I’m eating better, exercising every morning and getting noticeably stronger every week. It started out really slow, but I’m heading towards doing 5 days a week of 1hr of LSB. Fantastic! Also love the daily boost and motivation to move minutes.
On my last week of the program I’m going for the gold… 5 mornings of 1hr LSB, plus 2 muscle groups per day. I feel so awesome right now. Hope everyone’s having a great week.
