My personal tip is to always keep your end goal in mind, however set smaller and achievable goals along the way to keep motivation in high gear. For example, if you want to lose a lot of weight, say 50lbs, set weekly goals of 1-2 lbs and once you achieve that first one, set next week’s goal and drive to it again. Your journey toward your end goal will seem so much shorter and more fun too, not to mention more rewarding as you keep hitting your “small” goal week after week! That worked really well for me and I lost 97 lbs following this tip.
