Back in the saddle again… I took a few days off but hopped back on the workout wagon again tonight after work.  And then I followed it up with a bleu cheese burger and onion rings.  Isn’t that part of why we work out, to indulge occasionally?  wink

Hi Laura,

Absolutely!  In fact, my motto for 2006 (which was also a successful motto for 2005) is “Moderation in all things, including moderation.”

Cheers,
Julie

Ha ha don’t feel too bad.  I just had a stake and shake platter lunch.  Will make up for it by playing tennis for about 2 hours later today.

And on the other side of the coin… I missed my 5:00AM lifting session because something came up so I in turn had a salad with grilled chicken for dinner.  (Still got my powerwalk in at lunch though) grin

Congrats on getting back on track, Laura!
