I have been doing great since Jan 28 and still going strong.
I am 35, and 107kg (235.4lb) and have been doing C25k for a little while and Curves workouts. Usually ending up doing around an hour in total a day.
I live in a small town south of Sydney and spend up to 15 hours a day working or travelling BUT this works in my favoure as I need to exercise to go to sleep. Strange but true.
I am very happy with my exercise regime and fully intend to do the whole 100 days and enter a 10k race. We shall see!!!
