GO ANN GO!!!!  I work 12 hr shifts so the days I work I just have time to drive home, eat...and do household things and all have I have time for is sleep then. But one advantage to working those hours I only work 14 days out of the month..those will be the days I will work out. I have a membership to Golds Gym which I have not been using..this challenge will make me get my butt to the gym. When it get nice outside..I love to walk outside..its just has to warm up a little for that. Friday is my next day off..so that is the day I will be starting my workouts!!

that is great that you have that time available to dedicate to health!!! Good luck with the challenge and dust off that gym membership and kick some butt!!
