Hey all,
My name is Penny and I was sort of avoiding signing up to the 100 day challenge (didn’t want to commit for that long I guess). But as I have finished the first 30 days I guess i’m a third the way there almost.... does it work that way? Or do I have to make this day 1?
Anyways I’m loving the programs and the site and like someone else said “I’m loving my Ipod” !
I listen to Scott every morning and he keeps me moving or has done this far anyways....

Did a stupid thing on the weekend on my “eat anything you want day”..... had two cups of coffee after 9pm… i don’t drink coffee normally and didn’t get to sleep till 9am Sunday morning! So this was definitely not how I was intending to feel on Sunday and today but I’ve learnt my lesson.... anyways only did half hour on my windtrainer this morning but have full intentions of doing the full hour tomorrow morning.

The adventure continues....

It’s important to know that at the end of the day it’s not the medals you remember.  What you remember is the process-- what you learn about yourself by challenging yourself, the experiences you share with other people, the honesty the training demands—those are things nobody can take away from you whether you finish last or you’re an Olympic Champion.

To tri is to risk failure, not to tri is to guarantee it!

Welcome, Penny! The challenge is wonderful and you’ll look back at day 100 and wonder where all the time went. Awesome kitty!
