Hello all! I’ve been listening to the MTM podcasts since the 1st of the year, and finally became a premium member last night. This morning, I started day #1 of the 4-week Start Moving, Stay Moving program and I look forward to losing about 15 lbs. in the next few months. I’m currently at 170 and my target is 155. A few years ago I was able to go from 200 down to 155, so I hope to repeat that achievement once again with the help of this community. I have found Scott and you all to be very inspiring and helpful, and I hope to correspond with you all more often in the coming months. Wish me luck!
