Really it is more a question of if it was the truth.

Until last summer, after a full thirty years of having a drivers license, my weight finally was the weight on the license.  Now it is about 10 pounds lower.

My weight was never the truth on the DL, it was always well under my real weight, some times by many, many pounds.

What about your Drivers License Weight?

My driver’s license says 275 (which I put on it when I weighed 330), so I’m 55 pounds less right now. My license doesn’t expire until 2010, so it will be a lot less than that by the time it expires! Hurray for that!

I lied 30 pounds under when I got my photo taken, and now it’s almost right at about 5 pounds heavier. I’m going to make that 5 pound difference into 15 here very soon.

Fun questions, M!

It’s important to know that at the end of the day it’s not the medals you remember.  What you remember is the process-- what you learn about yourself by challenging yourself, the experiences you share with other people, the honesty the training demands—those are things nobody can take away from you whether you finish last or you’re an Olympic Champion.

It used to read 180lbs and when it read that I weighed between 230-240lbs.  After I dropped down to 160lbs or so I was getting hassled every time I tried to use one of my credit cards or write a check.  No one believed the heavy woman in the picture was *me*!  I had to go to the DMV and get my pictures retaken.  They did not want to do that, but finally did.  It was so frustrating.

I weighed about 160lbs that day.  I wrote down 149lbs. LOL Sheesh.

Now it still reads 149lbs, but today I weigh 147lbs.  Finally! I’m not a DMV Liar! LOL

My license has said 135 for a long time, but it’s been a long time since I’ve weighed 135.  Some years those DMV folks were doing an awesome job of keeping a straight face when I told them I didn’t need to update anything.  They just stared at their screens and said ok.  Now I’m only about 20 pounds off, and my goal this year is to get to 135, which is healthy for my height and build.

I actually had to check my license to see what was on it, and it turns out my weight is… nothing!

Well, at least it’s unmarked.  Apparently Quebec only asks for height, not weight.

Cheers,

No weight question here in Ontario, for which I am eternally grateful. I have enough trouble coming up with excuses for speeding, explaining my weight would be too much tongue wink

Exercise alone provides psychological and physical benefits. However, if you also adopt a strategy that engages your mind while you exercise, you can get a whole host of psychological benefits fairly quickly.

I think when I was younger mine said 130 for a while.  About 8 years ago I changed it up to 145.  I lied under by 15 lbs at the time.  Now, I am 50 lbs over my license!!!!!  Wow this is depressing.  I might have to move to Tenn!

when I checked my license (Still Florida) - I couldn’t find any reference to weight.  What does that say about the fitness level in Florida (Present company excluded)

I thought for sure I had 150 on my license, and after Jenn said there wasn’t any weight I checked. I was wrong, no weight at all! It was 150 last time I had to tell them a weight. Maybe they know we all lie so bad it’s just not worth asking.

I had to go look at my license. No weight is listed. Mine in from 2003 when I was still going up in weight. I definitely have a different neck now. It doesn’t expire until 2011. That time span seems ridiculous!
