Cold and blowing here..lots of “stuff” to get done in house, but I scheduled a 4pm workout, and DID it.  Treadmill for 30 with some HIT moments (I love that ) and then 15 minutes of bands and then 10 stretch.  I flet good and still got everything done around the house. Yeh!

It does feels soooo good.......I wonder why we ever put it off....

Whenever I go for a run, sometimes on the first mile I wonder...."why am I doing this”....but after, I realize why..

Great job!

It’s important to know that at the end of the day it’s not the medals you remember.  What you remember is the process-- what you learn about yourself by challenging yourself, the experiences you share with other people, the honesty the training demands—those are things nobody can take away from you whether you finish last or you’re an Olympic Champion.

To tri is to risk failure, not to tri is to guarantee it!

Great job, and still getting everything done around the house!?! I’m impressed (I still can’t seem to get that part down smile ).

Keep up on the great work!

okay..today was tougher..guests for dinner and a 4 yr old and 1.5 yr old and ..only a quick stretch...... I got lost in the day.  I even indulged in a wine and now I’m whining...didn’t eat great and no real moving.  Well, the difference is that this is now the exception and not he norm .....I will count the 20 minute stretch and get back to cardio and some weights manana!!
Did say ALL done in the house?  Everyday all I do is keep aflot.  Having a few days off..well I got a little ahead!

Just part of the experience, you’ll get a schedule down and things will fall into place. You just have to keep moving.

You’re doing just fine. Just keep on moving.

Three steps forward, two steps back, you’re still making progress.  Just keep going one day at a time.  If you’re ‘bad’ one day, just be a little ‘gooder’ the next.  Things will balance out.
