Finally ready to commit to another 100 days.  Current weight 135 pounds.  Goal weight 126-130 range.  I’m down 30 pounds from last years weight so to not gain any back is also one of my goals .  I’ve had 6 months with pretty much no exercise following the birth of my baby girl last year so I really need to regain my fitness again.  I’m calling it a walking challenge as that is by far my favourite exercise though I’ll be counting whatever else I do.

Glad you don’t have much to lose at all and well, you should be able to reach your goal weight in NO TIME at all!!!!  It is great that you committed to another 100 days!!!

Being fat is hard. Losing weight is hard. Maintaining weight loss is hard. Pick your hard.

Walks are one of the best exercises,.,,,,,we can do them our entire life.....you can enjoy the surroundings, get good exercise and keep it into your lifestyle.  Not to mention its a great way to share with friends and get to know their lives, which enriches ours.

Nice to hear from someone ‘downunder’...(Ive always wanted to visit!)

It’s important to know that at the end of the day it’s not the medals you remember.  What you remember is the process-- what you learn about yourself by challenging yourself, the experiences you share with other people, the honesty the training demands—those are things nobody can take away from you whether you finish last or you’re an Olympic Champion.

To tri is to risk failure, not to tri is to guarantee it!

Welcome back, Dawn! I was wondering how everything was going after you had your baby. Does she like the stroller? My kids always loved it.

An Aussie...where you from...That is by far the most favorite of all my stop while traveling in the military.  I have been to Adelaide, Sidney, and Perth...and loved them all.  Especially Adelaide...would move there in a heart beat if I found a job that could support it.  Beautiful place and awesome people.  Welcome back to the group.

Day 2:  AM Workout 40 min moderate walk

An Aussie...where you from…

Born in Victoria but also love spending time in Queensland.  Love Adelaide as well.  Could totally move there but my dh’s not a fan for some reason.  Haven’t been to Perth but have heard it’s great.

I was wondering how everything was going after you had your baby. Does she like the stroller?

My daughter had some pretty major cord problems just before she was born.  She was flown away to a top NICU hospital. She ended up spending a month in hospital, she has however made a full recovery thanks to the many wonderful people that cared for her.  We are forever blessed.  Yeah she loves the stroller smile

Day 10:  AM Workout 30 min Medium walk

Day 11:  AM Workout 30 min Powerwalk

Is press the eliptical trainer?  I find my workouts on that alot harder.  It’s good though to mix things up.  Got a bit busy this week but am making my morning exercise a priority.
