How Will You Keep Yourself Movin’?

Happy New Year everyone!
This year my brother is getting married in Jamaica and I want to look good for it!  I made sure to jump right back into my routine as soon as I got back from holidays with family.  As well as taking ballet and tap, I’m now taking pilates as well ^_^b
I’m turning 29 this year, so the thought of being so close to 30 scares me into shape tongue rolleye

Happy New Year!!!
My boost......Definately the podcasts MTM and Fat to fit radio excaim
I spent NYD at the hospital where my brother was recovering from surgery to remove a huge malignant tumour.  The nurses were in full party mode, hawaiian shirts, skirts and leis.  It set me thinking that what ever happens to me or my family this year, we are going to stay cheerful.  So my plan is
1 Get cheerful grin
2 Get ready gulp
3 Get moving! smile
I’m on to 2.  I have made little half hearted attempts to work out despite the mess, now I’m dealing with the mess first.  If I don’t feel ready, able and prepared I get distracted and overwhealed by an enormous to do list.  I have given myself 2 more weeks to get ready then I’m starting.  School starts back here on January 30th, thats my deadline.  Within 1 month I want to be back to doing weights as well as cardio.
To stay moving:
I’ve ordered a eating and activity diary which I’ll start when it arrives from http://www.ifnotdieting.com.au.  This helps me just improve my diet and activity focus as well as calm and inspire.  I have a journal and will goal set in a reasonable and achievable way so I don’t crash and burn by years end.
I’m loving this January more than ever!!
