Time to move forward - literally!
It’s walking the treadmill for me - 30 min.  It’s dark when I get off work, so I’ll be exercising indoors during the week - outside walks on the weekend. 
My goal - the focus is on consistency.  I’m building the lifestyle that I can continue with for many years.  I’m tired of the ups and downs, and am ready for weight loss and fitness!
Did a bit last week, but am counting this as Day #1.  Yipee!

Day 2 - exercise DVD x 20 min.
Days 3, 4, 5 saw me with increasing dental pain, leading to a root canal. Ugh! At least now the pain is gone!
Day 6 - back to the exercise DVD x 30 min.
Back on the Weight Watchers program - down a pound this week.

Thanks Bree!

My exercise today was 30 min walking/running at the dog park with my pup Annie.
It was her first time there, so she had lots of fun smelling everything!
She made friends, and had lots of fun.  We jogged and ran together.
