Time to move forward - literally!
It’s walking the treadmill for me - 30 min. It’s dark when I get off work, so I’ll be exercising indoors during the week - outside walks on the weekend.
My goal - the focus is on consistency. I’m building the lifestyle that I can continue with for many years. I’m tired of the ups and downs, and am ready for weight loss and fitness!
Did a bit last week, but am counting this as Day #1. Yipee!
