Day 3: Arm weight routine
Day 4: 20 min walk in the morning and 15 min of pilates at night
Day 5: Leg weight routine
Day 6: Rest day
Day 7: 1 hour LSB and chest/back weights

Homework: I got my 5 days of exercise in this past week. 4 weight workouts and only 1 LSB. This coming week I want to do the 5 days of exercise - keep the weights the same and do at least 3 LSB workouts.

Day 8: Sunday, rest day
Day 9: Leg weight routine and stretching this morning.

Day 10: 35 min of Tae Bo - sweat dripping off my chin grin
Day 11: 45 min LSB on the treadmill.  The first time on the treadmill in a month and it was good to be back.  I got burned out on the LSB a while ago and time to get back on track.

You’re doing great, Sara. Keep it up. It’s good to switch things up to keep you interested and moving!

Hey Sara - it’s a beautiful weekend in Juneau (for a change) and I hope you guys are enjoying the holiday weekend too.  I irritated my knee on West Glacier trail yesterday - it was my left knee so driving my manual transmission car home from the trail head was loads of fun.  But I fully expect that with a little rest that I can be back in shape for the Run for Women on the 14th.  I don’t know that I’ll run the full 5 miles, but I don’t mind walking a little too.  Will I see you there?
