Okay...I can’t figure out how to move that other thread over, so I’ll just start a new one here!

I have only 19 more days to go until I reach my 100 days of exercise!!  I can’t wait for the new shows either on the podcasts!!

Hey Tammy!  I couldn’t figure it out either!  You’re so close to your 100 days and your Jan goal.  Congratulations!  Keep it up!

ahh...well, now I know for next year!!

Day 81
Aerobic House and yard work

We tried to fix the leak in our roof. We’re not real sure where the leak is coming from, hence the “tried”!  We’ll know come the next rainfall if we got it or not.

Day 82
Stationary Bike
30 mins
8 miles!!

I’m going to start playing the boxing game my husband bought for our wii (my Christmas gift). Supposedly it’ll get your heart rate up too!  Not using it to replace my workout, just to supplement them.

Our treadmill is about dead.  I think I have a good week left with it.  I’m going to start the C25K program again this week. Let’s keep our fingers crossed I can finish it!

Day 85
stationary bike
30 mins
6.8 miles

I started a new diet yesterday on the recommendation of my doctor (it’s in my journal). I wasn’t feeling all that great this evening.  I was very tired...certainly didn’t feel like running. I also didn’t eat enough today. I only had 900 calories, but I was not hungry all day long. Unfortunately, most everything I can eat has few calories, so I don’t know that I could have reached my goal of 1700 calories without munching all day.  I’m going to try to eat more tomorrow.

I am really enjoying the wii. Julie, I think you’d get a kick out of the boxing game! Great way to take out frustrations! I think you’ll enjoy it as well Candy! Supposedly there’s a wii fitness thing coming out, which is like having an aerobics instructor in your room!  I’m not sure when it’s coming out though!

Congrats on getting back to 224!!!  I will have to scoot over to your journal and get the “Skinny” on your new diet.

Day 86 and 87
Stationary bike
30 mins
7.5 miles/ 6.5 miles

I’ve been a little tired lately. I think it’s because I haven’t been getting enough calories. i’m getting about 1000 a day. Of course, at this rate I may reach my goal without any problem!  I’m working on getting more calories in. I need them to function at full capacity! Thanks for all the incouragement!
