Put this on the 2007 challenge by mistake!!

Okay, here I go.  Listened to the last show when Scott spoke about instead of resolving this year, give yourself a gift.  SOO I am giving myself a gift of starting a healthy and fit lifestyle in 2008!!

I am 40 years old, live in North Carolina and a BUSY working mother.  I have 2 boys 11 and 8 that keep me on the go and a loving wonderful husband who is a stay at home dad!!  In addition to being busy with my family, I am also in my second year of my MBA!!!

I am looking forward to this challenge and think will have my biggest challenge finding the time to excercise 6 days per week.  I am going to plan it in my schedule by reviewing my schedule weekly and penciling excercise in.  I also travel for work, so that will be a challenge to fitting in the excercise but I am determined to try!!!

Day 1 - Treadmill 40 minutes and situps/pushups

Hey Kim, if you keep your goals simple and keep a focus on what you want and why you want it, 2008 will be your year!!!!

Great workout, Kim! Keep asking yourself “How bad do I want it?” and you will make the time for your workouts. You’re doing great!

Day 2 - Treadmill 45 Minutes
Day 3 - 60 minute cycling class at the Y - my rear was killing but I really liked it.  think it will be good cross training to keep me changing it up and interested in excercise
Day 4 - 30 minutes on treadmill ( didn’t have a lot of time today but I fit in a little!!!)

Thanks for checking in - sort of let “life get in the way” for a few weeks but I am back at it.  Started the start moving stay moving challenge this week.  And I did pretty well for week one

So I am going to continue counting my days of excercise to 100

day 5 - 45 minutest treadmill
day 6 - 45 min treadmill
day 7 - 45 min treadmill
day 8 - 45 min treadmill
