Tri-ing:
Well, I’ve decided to train for a triathlon or two!? in 2008 as a fitness goal. I think having an event will keep me on track and give some added motivation. I got this brilliant idea after asking for Nike+ shoes and ipod connect for Christmas and researching 5K’s in the area. Instead I found quite a few triathlons and decided I could do that with some hard work. I developed a plan and started training on December 27, 2007.
