Hi Folks:

Here’s my Day 15 Fitness Journal.

20 mins on the Stair Climber - 240 calories burned
40 mins walking/jogging on the treadmill - 3 miles, 425 calories burned

The past few days have been a bit of an emotional roller coaster so I haven’t worked out for 4 days. But I listened to Scott’s telecast for the STSM program and realized that the mantra of “Stand Up, Take a Step, and Repeat” is what I need to move forward towards my goals. So I am back on track now and fully plan to enter my Day 16 journal on Thursday and Day 17 journal on Friday.

Thanks again everyone for the support.

Hi Everyone:

Here’s my Day 16 Journal.

1 Hour Steo Aerobics (Intense, Sweaty but still fun)

See everyone tomorrow for my Day 17 entry. Despite all of the craziness that’s going on, I’m putting myself and my health first. Thanks for the encouraging words.

Hi Everyone:

It’s been awhile since my last post but I have been keeping up my workouts.

Day 17 - January 25th
30 mins Treadmill - jogging at 5.4 mph

Day 18 - January 26th
1 Hour Pilates Sculpts DVD

Day 19 - January 28th
30 mins Abs
30 mins Treadmill - walking 4.0 mph/jogging at 5.6 mph

Day 20 - January 29th
45 mins - Spin Class
45 mins - Yoga

Work has been getting crazy but I’m committed to getting to the gym even if it’s a little later than I would like. I also lost another 2.4 lbs this week. I’m now only 3 lbs away of hitting my first goal of losing 21 lbs or 10% of my body weight. It’s my intention to put in the work this week to lose those 3lbs in time for my WW meeting this Saturday.

Day 22:  20 mins on the stairclimber, 30 mins Tread climber, 20 mins arms
Day 23: 40 mins Strength class

Hi Everyone:

It’s been a few days since my last post. I’m trying to get back into my regular workout routine. Work has been getting a little crazy with long hour and I had a bit of a setback with a gain of 3lbs at my last WW meeting. But I’m still hanging in there. I have my gym bag sitting at my desk and I’m looking at the gym class schedule figuring out which class I’m taking tonight. My health and well-being in still #1 and I want to continue down this path of exercising and eating healthy. So wish me luck and I plan to have my Day 24 post up by tomorrow.

Hi Everyone:

Here’s my Day 25 Fitness Journal

1 Hour Strip Bar class - It’s a new class offered at Crunch gym which is inspired by the dance moves of some hard working ladies. While I was laughing doing these moves, I realized how hard of a workout it really is.

Hey Natasha

Just read through your thread and wanted to add my two cents.  You have been doing so well.  How have things been in the last few weeks.  I am off my program right now too (due to a chest cold) but the important thing is to get up and keep going… even if it is not as fast as we’d like.

Hope life is looking up
C.
