It looks like you’re feeling better.  Glad you got a in a good workout but that sucks about the keys.  I can’t figure out how they guy drove home with the wrong keys.  I’d have to slap him silly.

Have a great weekend!

I can’t figure out how they guy drove home with the wrong keys.

I’m sure there’s a thousand scenarios.  I assume he’s one of the ones that works out with a buddy, and the buddy probably drove.

The weather was a blistering 43 degress here today so I took advantage of it and got some outside exercise.  Ramon and I took a walk around a nice neighborhood.  With the sun shining it was pretty warm and I eventually had to take my hoodie off.
We walked for over 30 minutes...I didn’t really pay alot of attention to the exact time.

Sorry you’ve had so many mishaps but your exercising sounds up to your standards. Blistering? 40s? Last week we got into the 60s! It was almost Fantasy Island.

My gym has also added a bunch of individual-screened DVD player/TV Tuner to a lot of the cardio equipment.  Now, thats the way to beat the boredom!!

Hi Chad,

Glad you are feeling better.  Weird about the keys.  Here is an explanation for the new equipment-the business wanted to get the tax deduction in 2007.  That why some business purchase at the end of the year.  Take care.

Blistering 40s? I’m such a wimp. Can you tell I’ve lived in the south too long? I remember opening the windows when it got to 40 to let in some fresh air. Now I wear a parka and long johns.

Hope you’re having an awesome weekend!

Took the day off.  Spent it with my niece and then the some more time with my best friend Sara Jane.  I’m headed out for a drink with the boys later.

The weight machines were so busy at the gym, I just grabbed an elliptical and got 40 mins of cardio in.
I don’t like Mondays at the gym.

I know what you mean.  It’s especially bad since the first of the year.  I’m just waiting for everyone to give up on their New Year’s resolutions so I can have the weights to myself again.  That’s so mean, isn’t it?

I have a joke with my trainer that I have to mark my territory.  I joke that I’ll either spit on or lick the equipment that I want next so no one will touch it.  So gross!

At least you’d lick the equipment and not mark it the way dogs do! ewww!
