It’s always good to see your smiling face. Nice workouts. Have fun tonight.

I think I would certainly get the silver, especially for inconsistant diet.  Too bad we’re human otherwise we’d have that licked.  “-)

Glad you checked in.  I have to have my Chad fix you know.  Good job on the workouts.  Have fun tonight.  Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do!

If we are vying for medals here, I am thowing my hat into the ring for a silver in inconsistency. Two plus weeks of just walking and not very jauntily. I’d go for the gold but winning in this arena is actually a good thing. tee hee. cheese

I actually did survive the Friday part...the party wasn’t too happening, so me and my date went back to my house.  But Saturday we were out till 6 am Sunday morning.
I really kept to a good eating plan this weekend, knowing that I wasn’t going to exercise...I didn’t even have adult beverages, a usual calorie killer for me on the weekends.
Tonight, I’m hitting the gym for Shoulders and Legs.
Instead of the treadmill, I’m doing some much needed yardio.
We went through a week of rain and the grounds are finally drying out.

But the diet and exercise thing was really successful last week.  I lost 6 pounds.  I’m following the plan I put together last January where I lost 22 pounds in 30 days.

August Goal: make every day count.  And world domination.

Starting weight = 300 lbs
Weight as of Jan 1 2008 = 252
Current weight = 250
Goal weight = 199 (So I can say I weigh under 200 lbs!)

I would easily win the inconsistency gold! rasberry

Chad, yo!

It looks like you had a great week!

And, you know, I love how you said “what if I make EVERY DAY in August count.” You took the negative feeling of defeat and turned it into something totally positive and uplifting!

We ask ourselves “what if” so much, but it’s so often based around the negative. But you’re saying “what if” with a whole different meaning. Not “what if they” or “what if this” or “what if that”, but “what if I. At the end of the day, it’s within us, it’s in our power to seize the day and make them all count in some positive way, no matter what!

Great weight loss last week!  Good job sticking to your plan.  I’m glad you had a fun weekend.  Looks like it was a good date if you were out until the next morning.

Chad, where are you? We seem to have lost both you and Shawn. Life isn’t the same around here without you.
