Congratulations on the four pounds, and on keeping up with your workouts over the holidays.

Thanks I didn’t go to the gym today since it’s a holiday. I should have gone for a walk, but the wind chill is -17 and I’m a wimp!

So what is the best thing to do...leave this thread here or move it to the 2008 forum?
Today I did weights, and 60 min. on the ARC.

Today is day 18 of my challenge...but I thought I’d move from the 2007 forum to the 2008 forum I hate being “last year”!
I did 60 min. on the ARC, then 20 minutes on the bike tonight. I’m a bit tired now!

I can move your other thread here, then merge them if you’d like.
Great workout!

Yeah, I think it wiped me out pretty effectively yesterday!
I did 15 min. on the bike, and 30 on the ARC today, and I was glad I made it through that much. I woke up today with that feeling of muscle fatigue that I get right after a workout, not sore, just tired. So my plan was to do the ARC at a slow pace, but it seems I can’t make myself do that. I know that I’m taking Sunday off, because I’m going to be preaching at a church an hour from my home, at both the 10:30 am and 6:00 pm services, so there is no way to get to the gym. I just hope I can make it through tomorrow’s workout. I really am feeling exhausted.

I didn’t make it to the gym yesterday. I woke up still feeling very fatigued, and I thought maybe it’s best to let myself recover for two days instead of pushing myself too hard and making it impossible to recover today.
As always I got a nice adrenaline rush from preaching...I get stage-fright so bad! I wonder if that is a good cardio workout? LOL

Today is day 25
I did 75 min. on the ARC. Pretty cool, considering that when I started it was a challenge to go for 20 min.!
