Thanks smile

Today, weights and 60 min. on the arc

In the last 100 days, I have learned to look forward to my workout times, because they have become a form of tension release for me.  I’ve lost 20 lbs, and I’ve gone from a size 18 to a size 14.  I’d say it has been a very good 100 days!
