Premium Podcast feed not working….

For some reason my iTunes subscription to the premium feed isn’t working this morning. It keeps asking me for my password. I enter it and then it asks again.

Weird. I am sure it’s not a big problem that will work itself out, but I thought you might want to know (or maybe even have some silly advice for me).

Hello!  I subscribed to the premium podcasts yesterday, and was able to download Day 1 for the Start Moving, Stay Moving.  Now tonight when I am trying to download Day2, and set up the automatic feed, I am prompted for my username and password, which I fill in 3 times, and then get a message that I cannot connect to the site.  I am connected and I have iTunes open on my desktop.  (I have the latest verison 7.5 of iTunes.)

Am I doing something wrong?  Appreciate your help,

Hi Michelle,

Here is how Carlyn normally responds

1. select your “Motivation To Move” feed
2. At the bottom left of iTunes, click the “Unsubscribe” button - you won’t lose any programs
3. Click the same button that has now become “Subscribe”
4. Press “Refresh” at the bottom right

This method will “trick” iTunes

Thank you, it worked!!  I now have all my sessions for MTM!  I appreciate the quick response.
