I just joined motivation to move a week ago and WOW what an impact it has made on my life. I stopped working out about a year ago when I received a promotion at work. I work a lot of hours and even though I wanted to workout I felt bad because I have 2 little girls that I felt I needed to be with more than working out. I am getting my priorities straight and I worked out 4 times this week and I have felt great. But then we just had a bad ice storm her in Missouri, I went outside and slipped on the ice and landed on my right side scraped face pretty bad I thought I was sore from working out this week now I am really sore!! I went ahead and packed my workout clothes for tomorrow but not sure if I should workout due to my neck being very sore. I don’t want to get off track and this is just the thing to do it. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it. My husband just says don’t go but he also really doesn’t get into working out.
