I’ve been listening to the podcasts since January, but finally getting around to the website.

I really appreciate the motivation, and enjoy the show so much.

Thanks!

Hey my first time on the site.
I am trying to move around the site a bit.  I have been exercising my entire life but in bits and pieces.  This is a great site and you may figure from my email address that I plan to be back. Found the podcasts four days ago, and listen to them on my early morning walk.  Self propaganda is what this fits into in my scheme of things.

bio stuff tomorrow.  I run a small non profit in PA and am 60 years but not old by a long shot.  Resist that as a self label most times, but willfully embrace it at other times too.  Nice to have some experience under the belt, but unfortunately there is a lot I don’t want under my belt too.  Always working on it though.

If you are going to stay faithful to exercise, then you have to become good at restarting again, and again, and again. etc.

You see things; and you say “Why?” But I dream things that never were; and I say “Why not?”
