I have been listening to Scott for a month now as a basic member and just upgraded to the premium membership this week. I mentally started the 100 day challenge a month ago. I lost only 1 pound this month but wasn’t super great on my healthy eating plus Thanksgiving did end up lasting a few days. So, I feel I am still ahead of the game. Like Scott said what else do I have to do anyways? I’m trying to think of it as a lifestyle and not just to lose the weight. I am going to “officially” start my 100 day challenge today.
