Hi everyone,
Thanksgiving is past, but the holidays are just getting underway. So… how are you doing? Have you stumbled a bit, or are you right on track?
Now, while it’s still early, is the time to sit down for five minutes (maybe even, *gasp*, get on a scale) and do a fast status-check. I realized yesterday that my weight had gone above the limit I set for it. Oh noes! The good news was that I caught it early and, two days (and a few walks) later, I’m right where I should be. I’m so happy that I’m keeping an ongoing status check, so that I can catch little problems before they’re big problems. My lack-of-stress levels are pretty good, I’m feeling great, and I’m ready to keep zooming.
So… how about you?
