Hello all
I’m joined the group a few months ago, quit and now im back.
Question, when working out in the morning, which i did last week, what do you guys think about not having breakfast first. I woke up one morning at 6, started workout at 7 finished at 8 but felt i had not enough energy to push myself very far on weights.
I realize that if i dont eat my body will be forced to burn fat, but if i dont have energy the intensity suffers. Please let me know what you thinnk
By the way, i’m 44 yrs old, 5’11” 187lbs and want to get back to 175-180
