I took the day off from working out yesterday. I think I might have been a little ambitious in that whole “work out every day for two weeks” plan. But I stuck to my eating plan (which I upped last week to about 1500 calories when I noticed my metabolism really speeding up).
Today I worked out when I got home, a mixed hour of cardio and weights and stuck to my plan so far. Dinner is cooking now…
And tomorrow is the last day…
Oh, remember how I said that once I walked the dog at minus 30*F without a coat on? Yeah, that was with no humidity and no wind. Today here in the humid town I live in, it was 15*F but with an effective wind chill of minus 3*F and I am FREEZING. I didn’t even have to open my window to work out tonight.
