Well, here’s the plan guys!
- Use FitDay log DAILY
- Get to the gym every other day
- Drink 2litres of water DAILY
- Eat my 5 a day
- Take my calcium supplements
The 6kg weight loss will take me into the “healthy” range for my height, so i’m really excited!! less than 1kg per week = very achievable.
I am also really excited about my fitness getting good enough to go on those long exhilarating runs again. Ahhhh i can almost feel the fresh air in my lungs.
