Essentially it is a jump rope without the rope.

Hm… haven’t tried it. Looks interesting, but I’m not sure I’d pay money for it. For me, it looks about the same as just finding an empty floor and jumping up and down a lot. I can do that without a machine.

I heard about it on the Dr. Fitness and the Fat Guy podcast (a fun weekly radio show from Atlanta). It did sound good. I always have trouble choosing to buy a piece of equipment for home when for the same bucks I could pay for a gym membership.
