Just like many others, I too have been downloading and moving… but haven’t participated in the forums yet.

So, I make my first post.

I think I’m going to lose it… all 30 of those extra pounds.
I have to say that, despite the 3 token pounds I’ve lost over the past month, it’s the energy I’ve gained that makes it worth every minute.

I live in the Canadian Prairies… not a really big tourist destination… especially not at this time of year.
Fall is upon us, and unlike the provinces to the east, we don’t have the colorful leaves to enjoy; just the crisp autumn air.

Have a great week!
Serge.

Welcome aboard!  In what ways have you been moving to lose what you have lost already?

Well…
Not sure…

But something along the lines of:
Getting up
Going to the gym,
Long slow burn,
and Watching what I eat.

I think Scott said best:
Be gooder than badder.

That seems to work.

Cheers!

Hey Serge, always glad to say high to a fellow Canadian, so do you have any plans to lose the other 27 pounds? What have you been doing to get yourself to where you want to be? Welcome to MTM land!

Thanks for the greetings,

The only real plan I have is to stick with it… and I suppose I’ll figure it out along the way.
Things have seem to fall into place by simply moving… I mean this in every aspect as well as in fitness.

I’m really quite excited to see what my renewed active life will help accomplish.

Cheers,
Serge

Hi Serge,
Welcome to the forum. I agree with you. The “be more gooder than badder” philosophy is working for me, too. I wish you well on your journey.

Welcome to the boards, Serge! I love the prairie, there’s an amazing feeling being in all that space.

Hi Serge,

After being out of town on vacation, I’m just now catching up on all the new folks who have introduced themselves!

Welcome to MTMLand!  I’m glad you’re here!  grin
