I can so relate to that, Bree. And the thing is, my family does it to eachother, too. It’s really sad. Tonight me and the old man discussed it and his scenario of moving away to Saskatchewan(gag) or something. His logic is that when you have a family, you should stay away from them. But I don’t agree, really(and I made that clear). If I leave, that won’t be the reason. Some of it would factor in, but I would never move in hopes that we won’t have to face our problems with eachother. I want to watch my nieces and nephews grow up, and I want to be there for them whenever I can. I just think it’s sad that people move away from their family because there is a lack of respect. I mean, your family should be your rock. At least, to me.

I haven’t posted here in a long time!! Geesh!!!  I am snowed in today....expected to get ANOTHER 8 inches of snow TONIGHT.  Ugh, I am going stir crazy and want spring time to come.  I am 1 pound away from my weight goal, and Spring Time will be a good season for me.  I really am excited to do some gardening, plant organic veggies (hooray cheaper grocery bill!!!) and go for plenty of walks with the little tike!

There isn’t anything on tv tonight so I think I will just read my Janet Evanovich book and sip some coffee to stay warm.

Being fat is hard. Losing weight is hard. Maintaining weight loss is hard. Pick your hard.

Yuck, snowed in! Me too, but with a lot less snow. Darn sleet.

Congratulations on being so close to your weight goal! That’s fantastic!!! I may really have to consider WW.

You know I want full body pics!

Full body pics to come....just have to round up the hubby to get those done!!!!! Went shopping yesterday, gosh shopping is enjoyable once again.  Being “fat” sucks all the enjoyment out of it and now that I can fit into cute clothes (or rather, feel COMFORTABLE in cute clothes) I have much more fun.  Got myself some summer “tube tops” with cute jeans...a cool military style fitted jacket for spring...and a form fitting light sweater.  I have a trip to Charlotte Russe on the calendar once I hit my goal....ooh so much fun!!!!!!!  It has been over a year now since I started this challenge...it really isn’t much of a challenge for me anymore.  More of a habit.  Glad I feel this way about it now.  Spring time is a time of rebirth and well, I feel like a new lady compared to last year.  It is an awesome feeling.
