Hey everyone!  Been a absolutely crazy week and a half for me.  Couple things in addition to my work out for the day.  So here goes.

Day 50 of 100 | Tuesday, December 17th 2007
--------------------------------
45 mins on the Precor at 6.4 (Treadmill) | 700+ Calories Burned

I have to say that I am supremely disappointed Scott is making the moves that he is with the show.  I understand the need to make money, however being in the business I am in I know there are other ways he could increase his profits from the show with really very little change in the premium members pricing.  Now I am not a premium member and there is a reason for that.  I don’t find much value as a lot of people do in the daily shows.  The MTM show keeps me going and is my inspiration.  And sadly that is going to be crunched down further.  Thats very disappointing to me, as now I would have to pay $30 a month for the 1 show I really listen to.

Note number 2 deals with my recent absence from the board here.  The past number of weeks i have been talking to Seattle Children’s Hospital about a potential job opportunity which would obviously require a cross country move, so I have been rather pre-occupied with that.  I was also in Seattle talking with them, and checking out the city in detail over last weekend, and am back in town and ready to continue my workouts which I feel really bad about them as they have been lacking.  Anyway more on this later.

I really hope Scott reconsiders his MTM show changes as I think overall it’s a bad idea both both his prospective members and some that are like me and don’t really get much from what the premium membership offers.

Hey Kyle,

So, what do you think about the job in Seattle?  I’ve been there and really enjoyed it, but I don’t know about moving that far!! I agree with your sentiments about raising the price. I understand the need to make more money, but I think there may be other ways to go about it. However, this is America and he has the choice to do what he wants with his company.  Good luck on getting back into the groove.  How are the headaches by the way?

I have yet to get back into the weights and I may not for a considerable amount of time like until the move is over with etc.  But I havn’t had any since the day I wrote about that.  So I am keeping my fingers crossed that it was just a phase.

Yeesh!  It’s been a while since I was here.  Times have gotten ridiculously busy for me.

I mentioned nearly a month ago that I was in negotiations with Seattle Children’s Hospital in Seattle, WA.  Well it all worked out and I have accepted a new position as a Senior Web Developer with them.  I will be moving this coming Monday and hope to be settled in enough by the weekend to where I can get my first run in in some time.

I will definitely be back, I hope I wasn’t forgotten about!  *sniff* I haven’t forgotten about everyone here.

In the meantime if anyone is interested you can keep up with me until I make it back at my Web site.  Take care and I will see you all again from Seattle!

Welcome back.  Glad to see you back.  Congratulations on your new job. I know that life can get in the way sometimes so it’s good that you made time to come back and let us know what’s going on with you.

Let me know if you want your thread moved over to the 2008 forum or if you want to start a new one there.  Keep moving, we’ll be here when you get settled.

thanks for the greetings!  Will most certainly start again in the 2008 forum.  I broke the promise to myself to do the 100 days from start to finish, so I am starting over!  I will see you all again very soon!
